How do I withdraw cash without a card?
The manager sends you a QR code or a withdrawal code. At the ATM, choose withdrawal by code or scan the QR, and take your cash. The manager will tell you which ATMs work in your city.
What rate will I get?
The site shows an indicative rate that updates every 5 minutes. The manager confirms and locks the exact rate before you pay.
Can I exchange currency back into rubles?
Yes, we exchange both ways. Choose “Currency → rubles” in the calculator and message the bot: the manager will explain how to hand over the currency.
Which cities do you cover?
All of Vietnam, Thailand and Georgia. You can receive money to a card or at an ATM in any city; the manager will give you the office address.
Is there a minimum amount?
Limits depend on the country and how you receive the money. The manager will tell you before you pay.
Can I pick up cash at the office?
Yes. Choose “At the office” in the calculator and message the bot: the manager will send the address and arrange a time. You don’t have to come in: you can also receive money to a card or at an ATM.
